Your building stays comfortable, your bills stop climbing, and you get the readings that show why. Every visit ends with a written report, a score out of 100, and a note saying what needs attention next.

Most people arrive with a symptom, not a service name. Pick the one that sounds like your building and we will tell you what is usually behind it.
The deliverable
Every company in this trade says it does a thorough job. Here is ours, written out. If a competitor will not show you theirs before you sign, that is worth noticing.
Down from 78 in February. The drop is the coil, not the compressor.
| Reading | Measured | Expected | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supply air temperature | 17.4 °C | 12–14 | High |
| Drop across the coil | 6.2 K | 10–12 | Low |
| Running current | 14.9 A | 11–13 | High |
| Suction pressure | 108 psi | 105–120 | Normal |
| Airflow at the grille | 1.9 m/s | 2.5–3.5 | Low |
| Drain flow | Slow | Free | Watch |
Six degrees of cooling where there should be ten or twelve. The unit runs longer and draws three amps more to reach the same room temperature. At current tariffs that is roughly KES 2,900 a month on this one unit.
Not blocked yet. Left another season it backs up, and the water goes into the ceiling below rather than outside.
The compressor is fine and the gas charge is correct. Clean the coil, clear the drain, and this unit returns to the high eighties.
A facilities manager cannot approve spending on a hunch. Given a number, a trend and a cost, they can take it to finance and get a decision that day.
Every unit has a code and its own history. When your facilities manager moves on, the readings do not go with them.
The first inspection costs nothing and the report is yours whether you use us for the work or not.

A failed unit in a store room is an inconvenience. The same failure in a vaccine fridge is a write off. We price and schedule around what a failure actually costs you.
Comfort complaints, ventilation and running cost across floors and tenants.
Consulting rooms, waiting areas and the fridges holding stock you cannot replace.
Cold rooms, pharmacy fridges and produce storage, where one bad night costs the lot.
Guest rooms, kitchens and shop floors, worked around your trading hours.
Our service process
Every unit found, listed and coded. This usually turns up two or three nobody knew were there.
Temperatures, pressures, current draw and airflow on each one. Instruments, not a look and a nod.
Scores, photographs, costs and a ranked list of what to do first. Within two working days.
Fix it now, plan it for next quarter, or do nothing. The report is yours either way.
