Nobody can quote air conditioning work accurately over the phone, and anyone who does is guessing high to protect themselves. Here is the honest version: what drives the price, what the ranges are, and what we will never do to an invoice.
Before the numbers

A unit never opened takes three times as long as one cleaned last year. This is why we measure before quoting rather than after.
A wall unit at head height and a cassette above a stairwell are the same machine and completely different jobs.
The organic method adds around 40 percent. Yours to choose, and we will tell you when it is not worth it.
Scheduled work in normal hours is the base rate. Nights, weekends and emergency response cost more because they cost us more.
The one lever that genuinely moves. More units, more buildings, or a year contract rather than a single visit.

Contracts
A contract buys you a predictable cost and a scheduled visit. It does not buy you unlimited repairs, and any company telling you it does has priced that risk in somewhere you cannot see.

Refrigerant does not evaporate. If a unit is low, it is leaking. Charging you to refill it every few months without finding the leak is the most common way customers are quietly overcharged in this trade, and we will not do it.
If we replace something, the report shows the reading that said it had failed. You can check the reasoning yourself.
